What you’ll be doing
The Imagination IT team support systems and services for staff across our global locations, enabling the engineering excellence behind the latest hi-tech products.
Joining the IT team, you will use solutions from the World’s leading providers to deliver a first-class support service to our user community, regardless of their location. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, ensuring operational resilience and compliance, and assisting our operational expansion in the China region.

You have
- First-class verbal and written English skills
- Strong problem determination skills
- Experience of supporting Windows operating systems (server and desktop)
- Experience of supporting Linux workstations
- Microsoft Active Directory administration experience
- Understand network support essentials - DHCP, DNS, routing etc
- Physical system commissioning skills - server, desktop, audio-visual, and other peripherals
- Experience supporting Office365 application suite
- Understand modern malware attack and End-Point protection techniques
- Experience of corporate remote access technologies
You may have
- Appreciation for WAN technologies and challenges with international connectivity
- Maintaining modern firewall devices (eg Palo Alto networks)
- Appreciation of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies
- Experience supporting an international user base
